Refund policy

In order to avoid disputes between Begleitan and the customer, please check the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition. If there are any issues, please take a photo of the defective part and contact us right away. All reports of defects need to be made within 4 days after receiving the goods. We will reject any claims made after this period.

The following conditions are eligible for a refund or return:
1) Damaged product.
2) Wrong goods delivered.

If the issue is due to a delivery error, Begleitan will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods and reordering (The maximum shipping charge should not exceed HK$50).

The following conditions are not applicable for a refund or return:
1) Long delivery time.
2) Individual goods out of stock and requesting a refund for other goods in the same order.
3) Delayed delivery due to shipping problems.
4) Damage caused by human factors.
5) Damages resulting from improper use or dismantling caused by human factors will not be accepted.
6) Dissatisfaction with the quality, color, or packaging.

Please note that Begleitan reserves the right to make the final decision.
